1. Kapalbhati:-

2: Vrikshasana:

3. Bhujangasana:

Doing the Bhujangasana Lie prone on the floor and stretch your legs back, and tops of the feet on the floor. Spread your hands on the floor under your shoulders. Hug the elbows back into your body.

4. Paschimottanasana:

5. Sarvangasana:
