Deep Meditation

1. Kapalbhati:-

Doing the Kapalbhati Pranayam sit in Sukhasana, and place each of your arms on both your knees your palms should face up, and each of your thumbs should touch the index finger making a circle.

Now inhale deeply by filling your lungs with the serene environment to rest within you, and a better life that awaits you.

Benefits: - This is helpful for the Heart, lungs, mind, Blood Circulation, and Digestion, and Enhances Beauty, Healthy Body Organs, and many more.

2: Vrikshasana:

Doing the Vrikshasana stand tall and straight with arms by the side of your body bend your right knee and place the right foot high up on your left thigh, make sure that your left leg is straight only need to find your balance.

Benefits: - this will stretch the legs, back, arms, balance, and focus.

3. Bhujangasana:

Doing the Bhujangasana Lie prone on the floor and stretch your legs back, and tops of the feet on the floor. Spread your hands on the floor under your shoulders. Hug the elbows back into your body.

Benefits: - This will Strengthen the spine, Stretch the chest and lungs, shoulders, and abdomen, Therapeutic for asthma.

4. Paschimottanasana:

Doing the Paschimottanasana after sitting straight with your legs in front of you bending through lifting your breath and touching your feet finger and then come starting position through breathing and repeat.

Benefits: - Calms the brain and helps relieve stress and mild depression, Stretches the spine, shoulders, and hamstrings.

5. Sarvangasana:

Doing the Sarvangasana Lie down in the supine position raise your legs slowly upward and bring them to a 90° angle bring the legs towards your head by raising the buttocks raise the legs; abdomen and chest try to form a straight line place the palms on your back for support place the chin against the chest maintain the position as long as comfortable slowly return to the original position.

Benefits: - Blood circulatory system, Sexual disorders, rectifies disorders in ears, nose, and throat.
